Alarm One sounds like a strange company...
Yeah, if their techs did a bad install, did they run them over with a competitor's truck to motivate them? I can't believe a company would think that what they did was ok and that they wouldn't eventually get sued. Although, I've worked in corporate organizations and some managers are pretty weird.
