No problem, everything on my computer is fully paid for, licensed and registered. Finding the number in this pile of CD-Keys, user ID's and passwords will be the problem. Maybe they'll settle for my letting them scan my computer for validation. I'm all for protecting intellectual property but it's a PITA for the legal owner. We must first make the assumption here (and that's debatable) that Mickeysoft has something intellectual to impart.

Yes, I'm running all three together and they all work well together. The Microsoft program appears to be a good one and in my case has found a couple of things the others didn't (and vica versa)

(For what it's worth, rumour has it that the MS program will stop working after the end of July unless your Win XP is a legitimate, registered copy. Apparently, you will be asked to input your number, and your copy will be validated, in order to continue to update the program )

It can go either way, MS picks up a lot and misses a few and so do the others

I use Ad-Aware

PC world reviews say that nothing is 100%. Best is around 85% spyware recognition I think. Therefore they recommend running more than one. However, some utilities get heavy handed and remove their competitor's product. For example, I installed Win Media and it uninstalled (not disabled) my TDK audio software. I didn't know if Mickey's spyware program would do the same to my existing anti-spyware programs. Mickeysoft has a way of taking over.
