Motion for Writ of Execution

MOTION FOR WRIT OF EXECUTION

Plaintiff Brink's Home Security, Inc., by its undersigned attorney, moves for a writ of execution against Defendant Jim Rojas.

Rojas has violated the preliminary injunction issued by this court and failed to appear for a hearing as ordered by the court, resulting in his being found in contempt. Since lesser measures have proved ineffective in securing Rojas' compliance with the lawful demands of Brink's and this court, Plaintiff respectfully requests the court to order the immediate public execution of Rojas by nailing his body to a cross outside the corporate headquarters of Brink's, where the crows can peck at his eyes and his lifeless carcass can serve as an example to others.

Respectfully submitted,

By_____ /s/ Mark Sableman ______________ Attorney for Plaintiff Brink's Home Security, Inc.

The Court declines plaintiff's request for writ of execution. The plaintiff is referred to Pp 27a, Subp-Section B9 of the ASAFAQ, wherein it is clearly stated that such writs are only permitted in cases wherein the defendant is found to have disagreed with members of the IB. All other offenses are ignored, forgotten or encouraged under current ASAFAQ regulations.
