does anyone here have info on this wireless unit, made by linear, sold under brand "keepsafer", often monitored by we monitor america.

I thought that was an early DIY system marketed as such.
It sounds like a Linear DF-16 or SSD, you can only program the dialer with a Linear desktop programmer. It's a desktop system thats long obsolete and a piece of junk anyway, replace it
