API interface programming languages including C++, VB, ASP and .Net . Familiarity with system databases and table structures and including MS Access, SQL. CTI/TAPI SP Skill Set: Preferred working knowledge of MS/Nortel TAPI 3.0 Service Provider. Working knowledge of Nortel MLSM (Meridian Link Services Module) message sets hosted by Nortel CCMS 6.0 (Contact Center Manger Server) =96 Symposium. Symposium/CCMS 6.0 and CCT/TAPI SP 3.0 Preferred working knowledge of CCT (Communications Control Toolkit) to develop CTI Screen Pop=92s for Call Center applications.
