Mermail Keycodes

I've got an Option11c w/Mermail 13.12 The drive went bad in the mermail and I only have the keycodes to the version originally purchased 12.13. Version 13.12 was an upgrade. Does anyone know how to retrieve the upgraded keycodes?. I have no idea who the vender was who upgraded the mermail. We bought the system second hand.

Do you have right to use on the system? Do you have a 13.12 install tape? Did they "paste" the key code sheet in the Mer-mail cabinet? If you do have right to use you should be able to retrieve the key codes thru Nortel.
