we have a nortel meridian 11c.
I have moved a user from site 1 to site 2. each site has its own nortel system.
the user wants to keep his extension. I have outed his extension at the original site, and have added it to the new site. if you get an outside line and dial the 7 digit number it rings at his new desk.
what I do not know how to do is to add him to CDP so site 1 and site 3 can call him just using his 4 digit extension like they can everyone else.
how do you do that?
