Error: INM not started on Fedora Client

Hello Everyone. A Unix / Linux newbie here. I'm trying to connect to my office network using the Nortel Contivity client from Apani using an RSA secure ID and group authentication [Type: Group (Token)] from a Fedora Core 7 (2.6.21-1.3194.fc7) box.

Each time it starts negotiation, the /etc/netlock/agentlog.txt file shows:

2007-09-22 00:20:39 (01,12e80010):Negotiation Status: In Progress 2007-09-22 00:20:39 (01,12af0004):SA_REQ_OUTBOUND_ES_IS (from SP) received. Local Address: 192.168.1.2 Remote Address: [The one I provided in the destination] 2007-09-22 00:20:39 (01,1125001e):Send message type 2000 failed because INM was not started. 2007-09-22 00:20:39 (01,125f0005):Aborting existing ES_IS Security Association (in SP). Local Address: 192.168.1.2 Remote Address: [The one I provided in the destination] Local ESP SPI: D7933FAF

Is that a problem with my system ? What does INM mean ? Is it some service that I need to start before I attempt to connect ?

Any help / information / links to get around the problem will be greatly appreciated.
