CS1000E,MGCDB.XML error

Hi All, Need some help of yours, I mangaed to installed CS1000E (through NTP`s)with some analog extension for testing. I have 16 IP user ISM but i dont have signalling server rite now. I am getting following error on my MGC maintenance terminal

26/11/2006 00:48:51 LOG0004 tMgcVgwAppStartRetry: DSP DBs are present, waiting f or mgcdb.xml from Primary Call Server 26/11/2006 00:49:06 LOG0004 tMgcVgwAppStartRetry: DSP DBs are present, waiting f or mgcdb.xml from Primary Call Server 26/11/2006 00:49:21 LOG0004 tMgcVgwAppStartRetry: DSP DBs are present, waiting f or mgcdb.xml from Primary Call Server 26/11/2006 00:49:36 LOG0004 tMgcVgwAppStartRetry: DSP DBs are present, waiting f or mgcdb.xml from Primary Call Server 26/11/2006 00:49:51 LOG0004 tMgcVgwAppStartRetry: DSP DBs are present, waiting f or mgcdb.xml from Primary Call Server

similarly i am getting an error on Call server maintenance display (serial SDI)

SRPT214 File [/u/ipmg/mgc/0040/mgcdb.xml] is missing.

I have 2 DSP d/board on MGC, DSP-96 on location1 and DSP-32 on location 2 and i programmed as

DSP-96

--------

4 0 11 0 to 4 0 11 31 4 0 12 0 to 4 0 12 31 4 0 13 0 to 4 0 13 31 as Type=VGW, XTRK=DB96

then DSP-32

--------

4 0 0 0 to 4 0 0 31 as type =VGW, XTRK=DB32

when i stat them they are unregistered. and i constantly getting error on MGC terminal

26/11/2006 00:48:51 LOG0004 tMgcVgwAppStartRetry: DSP DBs are present, waiting f or mgcdb.xml from Primary Call Server

I tried it to configure through NTP`s but they are hard to understand. Can any help me in this how to resolve that problem. Regards

You aren't going to go very far without a signaling server, or more accurately Element Manger. This is because You must use Element Manager to finish your MGC configuration. You can define the MGC IP addresses via command line in LD 97 but you must use Element manager to finish the MCG/DSP daughterboard config.
