cable com rs-232 to switch "baystack 350-24T"

Hi

I need scheme to make cable which is connecting pc with baystack 350 to set switch up by telnet.

on page 245 is scheme how connect pins, but there is only one side...

I thing It should be like I drow it under? My Baystack 450 is straight through pin for pin as shown.
