X10 repeater not working

I have a HomePro 120/240 Split Single Phase Coupler/Repeater that is not repeating the X-10 signals. It worked quite successfully for several years but now the red led "signal" light is not flashing. I have checked the fuses, breakers, etc., but no luck. Is a schematic of this unit available and is it repairable ? ? ? TIA

Did you already tried to replace the big capacitors (blue or brown, typically 250V).

Aged capacitor could become defective and are use in the electornical filter design of X10 signal input.
