Sun Problems with IR Sensors

I have three IR sensors, Xantech 480-00 Dinky Links, that are now getting washed with sunlight, flooding my distribution center. I have heard that sun filters are made for these units, but I can't find them.



Can anyone direct me to these filters?

Hi Don,

It's called a SUN490. I sell them online. Here's a link.

BTW, there is also a SUN780 for use with the J-Box IR receivers. The SUN780 is a stock item. The SUN490 is special order and usually takes about a week so look around first. Perhaps someone else already has them in stock.
