Is anyone reading their water meter with a PC? I gather it's just a serial (RS485?) connection to the outside world? I did a quick search but did not find anything useful. I'd like to log the usage of the sprinklers.

Bill, Take a look at ''. I've never dealt with this co, but they do have soutions for my needs. I have been thinking of doing something like what you are looking at. I don't know what you'd use for software. If you have an idea, let me know!! Bob

It also talks about restting the Totals a lot. I'd hate to end up with a
