Title says it all. Called Open House tech support, who could not (or would not) answer the question.
ANyone know from actual experience?

It is not going to fit perfectly. Channel plus half width modules fit Leviton nicely, but OnQ is a little different. If you really must do it, you may need to buy a drill bit, and tap 2 holes to make it snap in.
