Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition - Locked Scans

I installed Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition v8.1 Server on Windows

2003 Server and by default it created a scheduled scan for every Sunday at midnight. This is a locked scan and I am not able to edit/delete or add a new task. Is there a way to do this?

Any suggestions?

Sure, you just have to be logged into the AV console as the AV administrator. Check the Security Center and see if the CENTER has a job scheduled. There are two places to schedule Scans, one is the security center and the other is the client interface.

If I were you I would get the update to 9 and install it instead of 8.1 - unless you're running SBE 8.1.
