Has anyone ever used a remotely admin'd firewall - one setup by a third party as apposed remote admin interface.
Im interested in peoples experience since we are considering this. We are an SME (around 20 PC's) and do not have a dedicated IT/network person. I have self educated on security/firewall so can make an informed decision about product choice, but dont have the time to keep up.
- Is it a realistic option since half the problem it seems with firewalls is correct config.
- Is the service worth it, how much updating would they do?
- Anyone have any experience good or bad with this kind of service and product.
Thanks for any input, Pete.
