Remote firewall admin by a third party

Has anyone ever used a remotely admin'd firewall - one setup by a third party as apposed remote admin interface.

Im interested in peoples experience since we are considering this. We are an SME (around 20 PC's) and do not have a dedicated IT/network person. I have self educated on security/firewall so can make an informed decision about product choice, but dont have the time to keep up.

  1. Is it a realistic option since half the problem it seems with firewalls is correct config.

  1. Is the service worth it, how much updating would they do?

  2. Anyone have any experience good or bad with this kind of service and product.

Thanks for any input, Pete.
