Packets not forwarded even though ports open

I'm working with a Sonicwall TZ170 Unlimited with the most up to date firmware (3.0.0.4). I have the TZ170U setup to allow all traffic through the WAN port on a specific IP address for an access rule. When trying to get through the WAN port from that machine that has that IP address, it will not allow traffic through. If I go back to a Sonicwall SOHO2 with the most up to date firmware, everything works fine with the exact same access rule configuration. Has anyone seen an issue like this with the TZ170 Unlimited?
