Is there something similiar to the string patch for iptables that works with a 2.6.x kernel? I'm trying to block AIM messages to/from a specific person (based on screen name) and the string patch looks perfect, but only works with 2.4 kernels. I would rather not have to go back to the older kernel just for this feature.
