Optical Spectrum Analyzer That Sends Output to PC By Network?

Does anyone make a DWDM optical spectrum analyzer that has no built in screen, but instead connects over network to a PC? I'm looking for a minimalist device whose cost would be minimum by allowing the screen and controls to be built into software on the PC instead of onto the faceplate of the OSA.

I'm imaging a lab environment in which one of these remote capture devices is installed on each row of racks, and someone traveling around with a card could connect a notebook to any arbitrary connection device and then control it via software.
