Which Gigabit PHY is better (Marvell vs Vitesse)?

Hello!

I can choose between 2 mainboards with integrated NIC. Only PHY network chip is different (Marvell 88E1111 vs Vitesse VSC8201RX) Which is better? I could not google any opinions, tech specs looks the same.
