The LAN Fault Timing Analysis (FTA) software by GarrettCom, Inc. is a technical tool that measures fault recovery times in self-healing Ethernet networks. Either ring or mesh structures may be measured. FTA determines the time required to re-establish the pre-existing Ethernet traffic flow after a fault occurs, and provides a display of the LAN traffic interrupt time. Fault timing measurement is no longer a mystery! The FTA software runs on a Windows-based PC, is simple to use, and can be downloaded from the Internet.
