In my company we are planning to pass our corporate vlan=B4s over our wan (actually IPSec). We are thinking about use L2TP, but on the Cisco website appears than this vpn only can make with routers 7X00 and I=B4m very lost. Anyone has experience in this type of Vpn and can help me?

L2TPV3 will work on any router with the right IOS - I'm running it on a pair of 2811's.

You might look into using EZVPN (Easy VPN), the initial set-up of the server is a little time consuming but after that adding additional sites takes about 5 minutes.
What bandwith you use to make this vpn=B4s? My hardware provideer don=B4t recomend me than use this type of VPN? Have you any type of problems with it?

We have a couple of different WAN connections using Easy VPN ranging from cable (8 Down, 2 Up) 3 bundled T1s (4.5 up and down) our main site where the Easy VPN "server" sits (one is a 2811 with crypto code and one is a 2620XM with crypto code) has a fractional T3 (12 up and down). I haven't run into any problems with it.
