Vpn Client and Win 2003

Ciao I have installed Cisco Vpn Client 4.8 on Windows 2003 server My client connect to Pix without error but this is the log and the errors on VpnClient

So i cant ping any host inside. Note that this not happens when i connect from a different pc, my notebook for example. What i can do? Thanks Carlo
