hi, (on Bri interface card on c2621xm) I need to either:
- dissable one of the bri b channels
- make the router only respond to incoming calls
complcated reason why, easy solutions only please !

If you want to disable a b channel, remove the spid, shut and no shut the bri. I have no idea how to disable dialout, other than not creating a configuration that would do a dialout. Unless you create a dialer interface with a dialer string, there is no way the router will dial outbound.
