pc with isdn modem not connecte isdn 1841 router with isdn module

pc is ip address 192.168.2.2 & isdn modem, pc is windows xp os,

1. if network setting require username & password ?

1. cisco router setting authenticate the same pc network setting ?

1. PC's Nework is requre extra setting
