Need help with Networking

Hello to all,

Hope i am posting in the right group if not point me in the right direction.

I have 2 sites. A remote site with a DSL connection currently using a sonicwall soho router to do VPN to the main office.

We are adding a new line between our sites (TLS) ethernet drop that gives us 10Mbps. It will have a cisco switch on both ends. The site will act as if its on our local network. The switch also will be on its own VLAN.

The remote site will have a domain controller to ease the GC lookups and authentication. Domain controller should also run DNS.

When we switch the remote site to the new line We want them to still use their own DSL line to surf the web.

Is this possible?

I would make the sonicwall device(router) a DHCP server but what should i give the dhcp clients as the gateway? should it be the sonicwall device? or the VLan gateway?

Do i have to add a route on the sonicwall device to route back to the vlan?

Any performance issues?

thanks in advance
