During an upgrade from CCM4.1(2) to CCM4.1(3) we upgraded the image on our 7905's to the CP790508000SCCP. The vast majority of our phones booted the new image without any problems but several of the phones no longer power up. I can understand the image upgrade may not have been completed successfully, but these phones won't even power up with the power cubes or when connected directly to the 3560POE switch. Unfortunately, resetting to factory defaults is not an option as they do not power up. Is there any hope of a resurrection for these phones? What did we do wrong? cheers
