I have a strange problem that I cannot find an answer to.
I have 7200 with 12.3.14yx7 running mobile IP. The HA sends to the FA for every mobile registration request a Administratively prohibited error code 129 message. Then magically it stops then starts registering mobiles. What causes the HA to send this message? What then causes it to stop and start registering mobiles? There are only three mobiles attempting to register. The HA is not under a load in fact it quiet as this is all that is running on this box.
