After several years of absence, I'd like to refresh my knowledge now :) .. and this leads to some - maybe dumb? - questions:
For ADSL, there were different HWICs, depending on whether it was ADSLoPOTS or ADSLoISDN. What about VDSL? I just found one EHWIC and I'm wondering if this one would work with my German VDSL (all-IP)?
I haven't done anything with voice yet. Can I use a BRI interface for ISDN voice or is this just for data calls? Do I need a dedicated IOS for voice features or are they included in the basic set? Can I configure SIP accounts and provide as MSNs on the internal ISDN interface?
