anyone seen this or a similar message on a 7206VXR NPE300 ?

This box is running 12.3(14)T2. The message is repeated twice every minute.

Yes, this has been seen before on a 7206VXR, 12.3(14)T1.
An ID manager error has occurred.
Cisco highly recommends that you copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log, contact your Cisco technical support representative, and provide the representative with the gathered information.
