I have 2 T-1 line configured and now need to dump one. It is using frame-relay. My question is how to adjust for the change? simply shutdown/remove one Serial interface?
Any help is appreciated.

Presumably some traffic used to go over the second link. You might have routes or policy routing configured for that link.
Were you bonding the two T1's together before? If so then you can probably remove a small bit of overhead by going through the trouble of switching back to a plain link.
