DMVPN: SPOKE-to-SPOKE behind NAT question!

I have 1 hub and 2 spokes. The hub and 1 spoke are behind a Nat device. All works well Spoke-to-Hu b. Is there anyway to go Spoke-to-Spoke dynamicly when one of the spokes are behind a Nat device ?
