DHCP using Loopback Segment

Hello,

is there a way to make DHCP work using a loopback segment? So far if i create a loopback segment 192.168.100.0 and assing IP addresses manually it works just fine, but is there a way from me to make that segment work w/ DHCP?

Probably not - the point of a loopback interface is that it's always up when the router is up.
