Cisco 871w no wireless....

I am unable to assciate to the wireless on this router... Do I have a problem with the hardware or my config?

I would say your config

You shuld use BVI instead of VLAN1

fx this is from a Cisco 1100 AP:

interface FastEthernet0 no ip address no ip route-cache duplex auto speed auto bridge-group 1 no bridge-group 1 source-learning bridge-group 1 spanning-disabled hold-queue 80 in ! interface BVI1 ip address dhcp client-id FastEthernet0 no ip route-cache
