Cisco 2800 port state changes

Hi, any suggestions on what is causing these port up events? i get no port down event but all these port ups:

Never seen that, but it is worth to verify if speed/duplex setting matches on both ends. Code 100/full both sides (no auto negotiation) and check. 100 hardcoded on Cisco with auto on client might be the issue.
