Cisco 1200 with one antenna

Hi,

We are experimenting with one antenna on a Cisco 1200 access point.

We first put the antenna on the outled marked Primary/right. We the then disabled diversity and configured it to use the right antenna. The we got a very radio coverage.

Then we put the antenne on the left outlet. (which is not marked primary). Configurated it to use one left antenna. Then it work with good coverage.

For me it looks as an fabrication error because what they call primary did not seem to be put on the left outled.

Do someone have the same experience ?

Best regards

Lasse

PS! Many use two antennas and they would not se the problem because they the use diversity.
