Hi everybody,
I'm using a full Cisco hardware solution for my ToIP. Cisco IP (mostly 7911) phone and a CCME 2821.
Everything is working just good except when I have a callfowradAll on a phone. Let me explaine my probleme :
I have a "Phone A" with the DID number xxxxxxxxxx and a CallForwardAll on this Phone to an other DID number yyyyyyyyyy The internal "Phone A" number is zzz
If i'm on any other company's phone and that I call the "Phone A" to zzz I will be tranferd to yyyyyyyyyy. It work just fine.
If I call the "Phone A" from the outside on xxxxxxxxxx the outside phone with the number yyyyyyyyyy will ring just once and the tranfert will failed...
All "automatics" transfert outside->inside->outside will failed. All "automatics" transfert inside->inside->outside succed All "automatics" transfert inside->inside->inside succed All "manually" transfer works all the time...
I really need some helep.. I have the q931 debug output : Im callin from 827750706(outside) to 261387471 (DID number phone my phone 7471) The 7471 ligne forward all to 2645615542(outside)
