When an incoming call is arrived at the FXO interface of a cisco router, I want to get ringing at certain voip extensions. What IOS command could accomplish this?
And other than SJPhone, what other opensource/freeware softphones can be used with Cisco Gateway instead of Gatekeeper?
Will VoIP work between two satellite links which both of them have latency over 1000ms at each sites? What is the best codec to use for such situations?
Hi, use connection-plar on the fxo voice-port. This will directly connect incomming voice calls to that number.

Satelite-links The latency of 1000ms should work as long as it is a fixed delayand no jitter. But of course talking to each other will be difficult with that delay as it would be without VOIP.
