AFAIK the 1841-Router is not rack-mountable per se (i.e. the box is smaller than the standard 19" rackspace).
Does anybody know if there's a rack-mount-kit availble that allows it to be mounted in a standard 19" rack?

Try a standard rack-mount "shelf" -- a shelf that you rack-mount and place whatever you want on top of.
