I would like to practice on some router sim software, so please help me to choose which software should i use ?
Boson ? RouterSim ? etc... ?

I have the Boson and it is very good. I recommend it.
I would say RouterSim....I have Boson for CCNP, and so far it's been pretty rubbish; full of errors and an annoying interface.
