Anyone have any experience with using NBAR and Skype 3.0? I turned on protocol-discovery, and constantly make calls but my 800 series router never sees it. Just to check, I tried on both 12.4.4T and 12.4.6T.

According to Cisco, only skype v1 is supported on 12.4(4)T.

If you use netflow, you should be able to target some things to help you classify your traffic.
