Hi All, I have a question.. What happens if a router in an autonomous system sends BGP routing update messgaes to a router in another autonomous system, claiming to hvae reachability for every possible internet destination?

Well, it would evaluate the desirability of the routes. But, if you are asking from a DOS perspective, the routers would need to have established a relationship first. So, you can't just pop a BGP speaker on the wire and expect to disrupt much.
