I have RR in Houston with VoIP. Generally the service is good. There were a couple of short internet outages last week that did not affect the TV. I would like to get to the CM internal webpage to check the upstream, downstream and SNR, but when I try 192.168.100.1, I get 'page cannot be displayed'. I was wondering if this is blocked by the ..md5 file that TWC is sending to the CM, or if the DPX2203might have a different IP address.
