[TELECOM Digest Editor's Note: Yeah, but read the part of the story where it says "futher court proceedings [i.e. discussion of fines and punishments] have been adjourned until January 20, 2006." That is when they will meet to to decide what to do about the whole mess. My thinking is at that point they will all be friends again and any discussion of fines and punishments will be forgotten about. No doubt that little fact will be reported in a paragraph on page 79 of the next day's newspaper. PAT]
