What router can port forward to a broadcast address???

Can anyone say which router brand can do port-forwarding to a broadcast address?

My application is that I would like to use Wake-On-Lan which looks for a broadcast packet which then contains the mac address as a payload of the PC you desire to turn ON.

My Zyxel X-550 cannot port-forward (Port 9, I think) to a broadcast address (192.168.x.255)

I'm looking for a router or solution that can help with this WOL wake-on-lan feature built into my PC?

Thanks

-Andrew
