Vyatta is a linux-based, open-source, router, firewall and VPN solution that runs on x86 servers, blade servers and in virtual environments (VMware, Xen, etc...). From our website you can download a fully functional copy of the software and add router, firewall, VPN functionality to your network in minutes, for free (its open-source). We also sell subscription packages that include the latest code updates & patches, professional services, and support.

From a performance standpoint, we are replacing Cisco 1800 thru 7200 series routers and all Cisco ASA 5500 security appliances.

hope that answers your questions - let me know if you have any more.

-Tom McCafferty Director of Marketing Vyatta
