Has anyone had any success getting a Symbol Spectrum 24 (LA-4141-1020-US) 802.11B (PCCard) WiFi card working with Windows 98?
After much wrestling with drivers the system sees the card and loads the Symbol "Mobile Companion" software but after setting up a profile and trying to connect it locks the Laptop up completely and has to be rebooted.
I have 3 of these cards and they all work fine in my other Laptop running Win XP so I know it's not the card, any pointers?
