Im doing some work with wireless modulation techniques. From what i have learnt 16 QAM uses 4 bits per symbol, and 64 QAM uses 6 bits per symbol. Does anyone know how many bits per symbol are used with PSK and QPSK?
thanks,
Mike.

Hello Mike
When you mean PSK, you really mean BPSK or bi phase shift keying.
Well: BPSK: 1 bit per symbol QPSK: 2 bits per symbol
