Help pls with Road Runner , WRT54G v.2.2 flashed with DD-WRT v 23 Columbus, Ohio

I need the exact setting for my Linksys WRT54G v.2.2 flashed with DD-WRT v

1. I am using a Arris CM550A modem. The ISP is RoadRunner. My borrowed SMC smc2804WBRP-G works fine while the Linksys will ping but will not complete the connection to a web page. I have read for two days and tried several things that didn't help. I am hoping to hear from someone in the area that has it working. I am having surgery in three days so time is short. Thanks
