Connecting a MAC with Airport wireless to a Linksys wireless basestation network

Works fine without security/encryption enabled. Can anyone recommend security/encryption setting that will allow my MAC to connect to this Linksys wireless network

ideally, use wpa, but if you must use wep, pick a 13 character passphrase or use the hex equivalent.
